Quantitative Ethnobotany of medicinal plants used by the mountain population of the Kitab Region, Uzbekistan

Background: This article examines the therapeutic use and quantitative ethnobotany Methods: Data were collected during 2021 2022 surveys as a result of interviews, rapid assessments, collection field materials. Interviews with local population conducted in form questionnaire, consent informants. Results: One hundred seventeen species 73 genera 20 families, used by Kitab district Kashkadarya region for treatment various diseases. Conclusions: The results this study showed that lack sufficient knowledge on some diseases led to recognition ethnobotanical analysis plants. main reason is difficulty recognizing such rural areas knowledge.
